Covid 19 at Work: Can I File a Claim?

Up until now, the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission has not heard and issued a decision on a disputed claim involving a worker contracting Covid at work. This afternoon, I learned an arbitrator issued a decision on such a case. It will be important to review the decision and the reasoning behind the decision to know how to litigate these types of cases in the future. Stay tuned.
